NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a very effective approach to psychology, communication and performance, based on the study of people who naturally do things well. The Foundation Diploma video introduces the models that underpin NLP, and shares some of the frameworks and techniques that make it such a useful approach.

Chris Grimsley, the trainer, is fascinated by people, what makes us 'tick', how we get on together (or not), and what we can do to perform better more of the time. He is founder of NLP in the Northwest, based in Lancashire, UK, and has been training NLP for 18 years. He has delivered the Foundation Diploma programme over 140 times, and to over 2500 people in total.

Chris trains NLP in a down to earth, plain English way, using everyday examples, practical illustrations, and humour to make it both easy to understand and enjoyable.

The video is suitable both for people new to NLP, and those who have already attended some training. New comers will learn about the models that underpin the topic, and some of the frameworks and techniques that make it such a useful approach. Those with experience can revisit the material, fill in any gaps, deepen their understanding, and perhaps find more ways of explaining NLP to others..
