The Learning Cycle explains the cycle of activity necessary for practical learning, and emphasises the need for practical experience outside of the training room, reflection on that experience, and the importance of the NLP Presupposition that 'There is no such thing as failure, only feedback'. If we regard experiences that we didn't expect as something to learn from, we approach the next experience very differently than if we think of ourselves as having failed.
