Practical Wellbeing with everyday NLP
In this programme, Chris Grimsley, founder of NLP in the Northwest shares models and techniques drawn from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming, a practical approach to psychology and communication) and other approaches that help us understand how we 'tick'. Developed from over 20 years training and coaching, this is the material that has made many people say "Why has no-one told me this before?!"
The course explains in everyday language how our psychology works, and introduces top tips and simple techniques can be used everyday (for yourself or with others) to ....
- reduce negative emotions and increase our sense of wellbeing
- feel more confident and enhance calmness and resilience
- understand people better and have more influence
- be more effective by getting problems in perspective, being clearer about actions
Part 1 looks at how our perception works, and explains how our perception affects our thinking, our thinking affects our feelings, and both affect our behaviour.
Part 2 introduces a practical framework for understanding our 'state', and top tips and techniques to change behaviour, thinking, and feeling to help us deal better with problems and experience things more positively.
Part 3 explores the differences between people, and shares practical ways of building rapport, communicating more clearly, and having more influence so that we can reduce conflict and promote harmony and cooperation.
Part 4 introduces us to some top tips and techniques for working with problems and goals, that when applied can transform our own lives, and the lives of people around us.
The course has around 2.5 hours content in 30+ bite sized lessons. Content includes video sessions with supporting graphics, additional PDF material, video footage from live trainings, and a 32 page Master Hand-out manual.
If you're looking for practical ways to enjoy more wellbeing, feel more resilient, and be more effective, (and help others to do the same), this course is a great starting point.
