Introduction to the course

Welcome to 'Practical Wellbeing: self help psychology with everyday NLP'. In this course, Chris Grimsely (Founder of NLP in the Northwest) introduces concepts, principles and techniques that can help us enhance wellbeing both personally and professionally, improve relationships, and increase effectiveness.

Drawn from NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), and other practical approaches to psychology communication and behaviour, the content is designed to help us to:-

  • Understand our psychology, and what makes us 'tick',
  • Better manage our own thinking & emotion, and behaviour
  • Understand and work better with others, and
  • Be more effective, and clearer about the things we want in life.

Chris delivers the sessions in an easy to understand, fun and practical way. Video material is supported by graphics to help make sense of each concept. Practical examples are offered, and techniques you can begin to use immediately are described. PDF resources for download are included in each section as appropriate, with a Master Handout set included in the Resources section.
