Dealing with negative Self Talk - just 'Donald Duck' it!

If you struggle with critical self talk, either in criticising yourself, or directed at other people, this session offers a quick and easy way to reduce the impact of the negative emotion. Based on an understanding that emotion is generated more by the tone of voice and volume, it invites you to experience the difference changing these qualities can make.
